Lake Sharon Estates is a neighborhood of about 200 homes built around its own lake in west Corinth, off Oakmont Drive just south of Oakmont Country Club Estates. Built mostly by M/I Homes from the mid-2000s to the early 2010s, it offers 4- to 6-bedroom homes, many on lots of a quarter to nearly half an acre. A scenic walking trail circles the lake, and homeowners can fish it. It's right next door to our own neighborhood and shares the same Denton ISD schools.
Homes don't come up for sale often in Lake Sharon Estates. Recent listings have ranged from about $550,000 to $690,000 for homes of roughly 3,300 to 4,200 square feet, which works out to about $165 per square foot, lower per square foot than many newer Corinth communities.
