What it means for Collin County buyers

What it means for Collin County sellers
With more than 2,100 new homes on the market, many Collin County resale sellers are competing with builders in the same price range. Pricing from recent sales in your own neighborhood, and showing what a new home can't offer, such as mature trees, a finished yard or an established location, helps your home stand out.
About sold prices: Texas is a non-disclosure state, so sale prices are not public record. This report shows homes that are active and under contract. For recent sold prices, or what your home would sell for today, call us.
