SAFE SELLER PROGRAM

For every step of the way we want to make things safe and easy for you!

Virtual Consult:  We will schedule a virtual appointment to explain the home selling process and the process of what we do differently to get your home SOLD.  We want to learn what your real estate goals are and make a game plan to get what you want.

Virtual Valuation:  We will email you a detailed report giving you an idea of what your home is worth.

Electronically Sign:  You will sign all documents electronically.  We take the time to go through each document on the phone to ensure that you understand what you're signing.

Virtual Marketing:  We use professionals to take quality high res photos and create virtual video tours of your home.  We also host a virtual open house event and advertise your home online.  Buyers are able to tour your home from the comfort of their couch.  

White Glove Service:  We will require certain protective equipment for each buyer that tours your home.  We also limit the amount of people in your home at all times and give them some viewing rules.

Closing:  We will work with our title partners to provide a safe environment and minimize contact during your closing appointment.

Sold:  Your GOAL accomplished!
